Viewing Options

When you press "Click here to start" on the previous page, you'll be launched into a web-based version of the presentation.  This is the quickest option, but the images of the slides are rather poor quality.  If you'd like to see the presentation in its original high-quality format, there are a couple of ways to do it.  But you must have MS PowerPoint installed on your computer.  MS PowerPoint comes with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.

To View Later in MS PowerPoint
To view the original presentation later from within PowerPoint, right-click on "Download presentation source file" on the previous page, then select "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." and save the file to your computer.   You can then run the presentation from within MS PowerPoint on your computer.  The complete text of the speech is included in the "Speaker Notes" of the presentation.   The size of the file is listed on the previous page under the link.

To View the Original Presentation Now From Within Your Browser
If you are running a current version of  Internet Explorer, and PowerPoint has been installed on your computer, you can view the original presention in PowerPoint from within your browser.  To do this, left-click on "Download presentation source file" on the previous page. This will launch PowerPoint and load the presentation.   After the presentation has loaded, right-click on the slide to display a menu, then select the "Full Screen" option. Here are a few navigation aids for running the presentation:

1.   Left-click  on a slide or press "Enter" on your keyboard to advance to the next slide.
2.   Right-click on a slide to display a menu of options.
3.   To see the text (of the speech) that goes with a slide, right-click on the slide then select "Speaker Notes" from the menu.
4.  Press the "Esc" key on your keyboard to abort the full-screen display.

IMPORTANT

PowerPoint files can be quite large.   So please check the file size before downloading it.  The size of the file is listed on the previous page under the link.
